Maintenance period

Thursday, 21 May 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.

Order Transmission

Affected systems

• All Libri ordering systems such as Quimus and Mein Libri
• Other ordering systems with FTP connectivity

During this period, we will not be able to accept orders from the above-mentioned systems.

Please avoid sending orders during the maintenance window, as no interim storage of orders will take place.

Unaffected systems

• Order transmission via Webservices (online interface)
• Libri.Phone

These services will remain fully available, and order confirmations/feedback will be generated as usual.

Electronic feedback

Electronic feedback for FTP orders (e.g. ERM and ELS) will not be provided during the maintenance work and cannot be retrieved in this period.

Catalogue data

The provision of ONIX catalogue data will pause during the maintenance window and will automatically resume after the maintenance has been completed.

The IVF is not affected.
